What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Mostly normal report
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I have seen both the reports. The following parameters are out of range.
High leucocytes and lymphocytes suggestive of recent viral infection
Some anemia may be there. Cause of anemia cannot be figured from this report. Its not iron deficiency as iron levels are normal. Its not megaloblastic anemia also because red cell volume and B12 is normal. Since its only mild derangement it can be ignored.
CRP of 9 suggests mild inflammation somewhere in body
Homocysteine is high, apo-a is low, mildly deranged lipid profile is suggestive of some cardiovascular risk. To manage this, lifestyle measures should be started.
Lifestyle measures include diet and exercise.
In diet you need to avoid high fat diet. Fatty foods to be avoided are milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, chocolates, icecreams etc. Take more of fruit during day. Avoid alcohol, smoking etc.
Exercise for atleast 30 min a day. Exercise can include, gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling etc.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
If your leukocytes and lymphocytes are always high, it can be considered a normal variation.
Atherosclerosis is a disease in which plaque builds in blood vessels. The plaque is build up of fats, fibrous tissues, platelets etc. When it gets bigger it can obstruct the blood flow and lead to hypertension, heart attacks, stroke, etc. Therefore it is advised to avoid fatty foods. Obesity, high cholesterol, smoking, alcohol, high BP, sedentary lifestyle are all risk factors for building of plaque. There healthy lifestyle is must.
A stressfree life is also beneficial. Regular yoga, exercise, meditation etc help in eliminating stress. Breathing techniques are great relaxation techniques.
Losing 5 kg is good. It is good to be in ideal weight range. If you tell me your height and weight I can suggest your ideal weight.
For now, further investigations are not required.
If you remain committed to healthy lifestyle, your body will stay healthy for longer time.
Hope it clears your doubt.
