It does need to be checked again however in the near future to make sure there is no trend in a higher direction. As you may know, systemic chemotherapy may cause slight elevation of liver enzymes. Also we have to watch other things like kidney function and electrolytes. i'm sure your medical oncologist is keeping a close eye on this.
