Hi, dear.
I have gone through your reports. I can understand your concern. Your AST & ALT level is slightly high. They are the liver enzymes and increased in liver disease. You have mild increase show you may have some liver disease like fatty liver, viral hepatitis, nonspecific liver disease, hemochromatosis or may have some other disease. If ypu don't have any symptoms then no need to worry and no treatment is required. You should go for repeat liver function test after a month. If you have symptoms then consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
