Posterior pharyngeal wall congestion
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the pictures.
You are having posterior pharyngeal wall congestion. There are no ulcerative lesions seen.
You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and get a throat swab for culture sensitivity done.
it can be due to bad orodental hygiene also. You should get scaling done from a dentist.
Start taking tablet vitamin c once daily and tablet levocetrizine plus montelukast once daily for a week.
Use hexidine gargles.
Use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day.
Apply candid mouth paint to oral mucosa with your finger three times a day.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the reports.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Glossitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The mucosal changes in the tongue are due to dental plaques and bad oral hygiene. A molar has probably a pointed end. You should consult a dentist and get it corrected.
You can take the multivitamin supplements.
Apply the oral gel to tongue also.
Eat a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods and aerated drinks. Drink plenty of water.
Take care
