No need to worry much.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
In your chest x ray report, you are having left mid and lower Zone cystic bronchiectasis. Bronchiectasis is dilated bronchi. It is structural disease. And it is irreversible. The most common cause for this is infection (tuberculosis). And it will remain as it is through out the life.
So, if your sputum AFB report positive at the time of treatment initiation then continue with TB treatment.
I want to know few things.
1. Have you tested for Sputum AFB examination?
2. Since how many days you are taking TB treatment?
3. Do you observe improvement with the treatment?
4. Have you undergone bronchoscopy and HRCT thorax at the time of treatment initiation?
So reply me these answers, so that I can guide you further.
No need to worry for this x ray report and TB treatment.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
