Detailed Answer:
hello
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of diabetes and urine infection.
Infections are common and difficult to treat in uncontrolled diabetes.
You will need to start some medicines for diabetes and monitoring of sugars will be essential.
Meanwhile, get urine culture tested.
Antibiotics will be needed too.
Take plenty of fluids.
Control your diet.
The above advice is the basic minimum.
ideally a host of tests are usually suggested.
If willing to do them let me know.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Brief Answer:
Specific information
Detailed Answer:
HI.
The reports show uncontrolled diabetes and dyslipidemia also with renal dysfunction.
I will suggest following
1. diet control. meeting a dietician will be good.
2. starting medicine like metformin 500 mg will help. the dose can be gradually increased.
3. statin like rosuvastatin may help.
4. avoid high protein diet. renal functions are bad. and of course avoid pain killers. Test a urine albumin.
Let me know when you get the remaining reports.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
