What Does My Endoscopy Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor
Find attached my prescription and endoscopy report. I have been advised a surgery as there is a blockage in left nostril. My surgery will happen sometime in August, I was looking at some Videos on YouTube on Sputum Nasal Deviation Correction Surgery. Please advice on the few question I have as mentioned below:
1. Is it a painful experience, how long a surgery goes?
2. Will I be given general anesthesia or local ?
3. What are the after effects of this surgery?
4. Is it a day care process or proper admission happens on this?
5. Does it pain for long after the anesthesia becomes neutral?
6. Does it permanently fixes the bone?
7. In my case is it very high deviation or very low? This you can see from Endoscopy report (attached)?
8. Is it absolutely safe to carry out the surgery? Though life nostril blockage is a long time problem now specially during night
I found this surgery scary. Please advice on the questions.

Just last question - Can I start working from Home the following day or will I be needing 3-4 days of off before resuming work.
Working from is much convenient. I do not prefer to go to the office for a week.
