What Does My Following Liver Test Result Suggest?

Question: I had my liver test done. my alt was 74 and my sat 58 i had a kidney removed 10 years ago should i be concerned?
this was my second test, after a week of not alcohol tylonal aspirin.. I did have ibreprophion the day before

Without any other clinical features, if the enzymes raised upto 2 times the normal, no need to worry much. Since there is slight increase in liver enzymes no need for any concern for now. But if you develop any other associated clinical features hen needs to investigate for the cause.

Try to avoid medications if not absolute necessary. You can continue low dose aspirin if no other contraindications.
