Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, I would like to ask you what exactly did you mean by DIAGNOSED WITH THIS? Diagnosed with what? Who diagnosed?
As for the reports,
HbA1c at 6 is normal.
Fasting blood glucose at 91 is normal.
Cholesterol above 200 is higher than normal.
HDL 40 is normal.
Triglyceride 164 is normal to moderately high depending on the lab.
LDL 151 is higher than normal.
VLDL 32.21 is also acceptable.
So on the basis of reports you have mildly raised lipids. You can start with exercise regime and control your diet. A small dose of atorvastatin 10 mg once at night for 3 months should suffice.
You will need to repeat the lipid profile test after 3 months.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
If you want to know about any other condition that you might have been diagnosed with by a local doctor, please feel free to ask about it in a follow up query. However , be more specific. Attaching the original reports and prescription of the local doctors does help.
Do get your BP checked.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
I used wrong word 'Diagnosed'. I did my yearly health check-up done at SRL Lab and this is the part of report. I am concerned about the HBA1C and Triglyceride readings. My Vitamin D reading is 9.1
I have kidney stone of 4MM for which I am taking Homeopathy medicine.
I have a family history of Diabetes so a bit concerned. My BP reading are at 140/90 range (used home OMRON machine).

Detailed Answer:
HI.
Thanks for the response.
I will come to the point.
HbA1c , as I said , is normal. Your source of worry , I guess might be the normal range which some lab report as 5.5 on the upper side of normal. Please let me know if this is not the case. However, I would still suggest testing PPBS sugar if you like.
The medicine I suggested for cholesterol will work fine for triglycerides as well. So that is already dealt with.
Vitamin D will need supplement's. Take Calcerol 60000 once a week with milk. Take calcium supplements with it as well for better effects- once a day should be fine.
BP looks fine. Check your weight and diet. Better would be to check a BP manually from some doctor or nurse locally. Machines can be wrong.
For calculi, do meet a urologist. Being an allopathic doctor, I am not sure how well the homeopathy medicines work on it.
Feel free to clear doubts about any related query.
