Question: i have endometrial thickness 17 mm only three before i had an abdomen test in that it was8mm iam rearll s?scared what to do?

As you told that endometrium thickness is increasing and now it is 17 mm and you are 46years old.
At this age thickened endometrium is not a good sign.first,I will advise to go for D&C.it will help in decreasing heavy withdrawal bleeding and sample of endometrium for biopsy to rule out cancer.
