Brief Answer:
Your liver is mildly enlarged

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. CVS is cardiovascular system. S1 and S2 refers to normal breath sounds. It is normal in you. No murmur is normal finding. If murmur is there then it is abnormal.

2. RS is respiratory system. NVBS is normal breath sounds.

3. PA is abdomen examination and you have mildly enlarged liver.

In conclusion, you have a mildly enlarged liver clinically which is not a serious problem in most cases. It is suggested that you do ultrasound scan abdomen and liver function test in blood to confirm.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
