What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: My wBC 11.3 RBC 5.37 hems rot 0.47 lymphocytes 4.0. wBC Lymphocytosis urinalysis 0.5 ketones erythrocytes 0.3 leukocyte esteras even 25 Eyrthocytes3-10 bacteria present calcium oxalate crystals present this was my lab results and I don't understand. I'm 42 female

I have pain in lower back some stomach pain mostly left side. I pee a lot and never with pain. I've seen urologist had bladder scope and it was clear only ultrasound showed cyst in kidney. I have felt tired and little off my blood pressure is up and have just started blood pressure medication this week. Sorry I am unable to have ultrasound report as my Dr keeps it. We are unable to have any imaging reports

You should take a course of antibiotics like norfloxacin. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Treatment of cyst in kidney depends on size, location and other complications.
Smaller cyst need no treatment.
Larger cyst or cyst with pressure effects needs treatment. Aspiration or surgery can be done. But everything depends on size. If possible send me details about your cyst.
Otherwise its ok. If you don't respond to antibiotics treatment then further investigations are required.
