I am an accountant, so I sit for most of the day. I don't smoke. I am a social drinker. I don't eat a lot of fried foods, but other than that I don't really pay attention to what I eat. I am 5'5" and weigh 185. I have become increasingly fatigued in the last 2 months, have a constant headache, and increasing joint pain in hips. I also sleep on a heating pad every night and alternate it between my back and neck which constantly ache.

Thank you for your advice!

Brief Answer:
Possibly fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I think the report and added information suggests fatty liver.
I would suggest a ultrasound of the abdomen.
I also suggest testing HBSAG and HCV testing.
Let me know the reports for further information.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal
