She should be operated at a centre where facility for frozen section pathology of the cyst intraoperatively is present, so that appropriate treatment and surgery can be done.
It is not prudent to wait till 14 weeks in this case.

But since she is pregnant and she is in 6th week, getting operated at this trimester, is not risk for abortion?? Doc told to wait till 14th week, ie in another two months,by April 1st week, we can get it operated. Please advice..how should we go about it

However, maternal health cannot be compromised because of this, because if it turns out to be malignant, then it can spread rapidly in next2 months.
You should get her CA 125 done to further confirm whether malignancy is there.
