Brief Answer:
Your report is fine, nothing to worry about at all, be safe :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I have gone through the attached report and in my opinion there is nothing much to worry about as:

+MR 15 % is a mild value, and should be nothing much to worry about in my opinion, as you continue the lifestyle changes and treatment, you need not worry about the MR progressing or surgery in the future.

The main parameter you need to keep your eyes on is your ejection fraction (EF); which needs to be within 55-70 %, and with your 62 % you are perfectly healthy, so stop worrying and continue doing whatever you are doing as it is all working just fine for you.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Thank you very much for reassuring me doctor. I had a lot of anxiety because of this.

Do you have any medicine and lifestyle change suggestions (e.g. Magnesium supplements etc.)?
I know in this world of "processed/fake" products, finding balanced nutrition products is difficult but it would be great if you can give advise...

Brief Answer:
Diet, exercise is more than enough

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Medications usually include:

+Diuretics: If at all there is any fluid accumulation, this can help; but should be prescribed only by a doctor, so do not self-medicate

+Anti-hypertensives: Only if your blood pressure is high

+Anti-coagulants: To prevent blood clots

Other than these medications, only lifestyle changes are required like:

+Avoid losing your temper, speak to a doctor for some relaxation techniques
+Keep calm or try to keep calm at all times
+Keep a healthy diet, avoid fatty food, fried food, oily food; consult a nutritionist for a good diet
+Lose weight if you are overweight or obese
+Exercise for at least 45 minutes a day 5 days a week
+Drink plenty of fluids

Nothing more than this is really required sir, I am sure you can work through this without having any symptoms or trouble through your life. I hope you find my response helpful, please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
