What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: This is not a test but a real problem which is faced. I have provided the complete details in the attached medical report. Request to please do let me know as to what treatment is available to cure this problem. If you feel that we need to consult some other specialist from a different stream then please do advise

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
I have gone through all your detailed documents. Apparently,your symptoms are old and residual,which dates back to 1992,when you met the lorry accident.
As per Dr XXXXXXX V. Kothare's assessment in 2002,you had a left eye blindness due to optic nerve atrophy.Since optic nerve has atrophied and it is of long 24 years duration,vision is unlikely to improve in this eye.By no means,atrophied(dead) nerve can be made vital again.
Dr.Kothare also mentioned that your neck problems are not due to any spine or musculoskeletal or neurological abnormality,rather it is a torticollis which has developed secondary to blindness in left eye.This may be a possibility,as your X-ray of cervical spine,is apparently normal.However,for a re-evaluation of the same,I would suggest that you should visit a neurologist with special competence in movement disorders(as torticollis is a form of dystonia,broadly covered under movement disorders). Besides,an ophthalmologist's evaluation may also help.
Right hand weakness is possibly due to left inferior frontal damage in the accident. Encephalomalacia in left inferior frontal and chronic infarct in corona radiata are old changes, and they can't be reversed.

Thanks a lot for your response. Frankly I have done many treatments, be it Yoga, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, physiotheraphy, etc. All these treatments could help to ease the pain to a certain level.
Frankly, I haven't got any permanent relief from my neck pain. I also consulted for the stem cell treatment through my bone marrow stem cells but was advised that this might not work.
Since you are a specialist so are you aware about any treatment which can help to cure my problem. Any new advanced treatment in XXXXXXX or Abroad which can help me.
I am more concerned about my neck pain and right portion weakness.
