What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question: Submitted section shows gastric mucosa with few chronic inflammatory cells in lamina propia. No evidence of H pylori organisms, No evidence of activity atrophy or malignancy seen. Means? What is the treatment sir?

Thank you for the query.

Your report indicates that you have gastritis which means inflammation of the inner lining of the stomach. there no cancer or bacterial( H pylori) infection.
Acid suppression with medications should help.
I would suggest to continue Sompraz 40 for atleast 8 weeks and avoid pain killer meds like diclofenac

I would suggest to change the PPI to ILaprazole Iladac 10 mg and zinetac 150 mg once a day
