Brief Answer:
Here you have the explanation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear ! Thank you for posting your question to HCM .
I saw the report and I can understand your concern.

The result shows that you have a chronic , multi-system inflammatory disorder that is called Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) a seronegative spondyloarthropathy .

This is a rheumatology disorder that affects primarily the sacroiliac joint and all the spine, also affect the organs .

The lung is affected by this disease as the examination tells about a lung damage (you may have clinical presentation or not) with scars and fibrosis .The bullous changes means that you have air in the area that is affected by AS.

The treatment will be according to your symptoms and the physical examinations.

Hope I have answered your question .
If you have any further clarifications I will be happy to help.

Take Care !
Dr Balliu .

Brief Answer:
You need a full evaluation by your local doctor to decide that .

Detailed Answer:
Hi again !
Your condition need a full evaluation and to start a good treatment.
Can't say anything about the outlook, you need your treating doctor(pneumologist , rheumatologist ) to examine you ( physical examinations, to see the movement of your spine ) ,according to your spine condition he /she will explain you about the outlook concern.

The outlook will be decided by the treatment results(medication, excercise , rehabilitation program ,surgery ..) so talk with your doctor soon.

Wish you good health .
Take Care !
