Not very serious
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
At this age monoclonal gammopathy is not uncommon. It doesn't always need treatment or cause any problems. In her the exact level of gamma monoclonal protein is not mentioned. But probably it is very low as the total gamma is mentioned as 1.3. Hence it will be less than this.
Her hemoglobin is normal, if calcium, creatinine are also normal with no damage to bone, then no treatment required.
Her tests are suggestive of old epstein barr virus and cytomegalovirus infection. Many people have this. Association with monoclonal gammopathy is there but doesn't influence treatment.
She needs to follow up with a hematologist or oncologist for further plan.
Hope this helps.
Regards

So for what i sent you is she gonna be ok or is it cancer and will haver serious problems soon?
Thanks
Doesn't look like that
Detailed Answer:
First we need to see if it is just gammopathy or myeloma. For that calcium, kidney function and bone screening should be done. if these are normal then it is not cancer. But over time, 10% may progress to myeloma, which is cancer. But even that is controllable with treatment.

And lastly for what you are saying this situation is controlable and in case of myeloma she still has chance to live
Thanks again. Youre almost done with me doc. ?
Stones should not influence
Detailed Answer:
stones should not influence kidney function unless blocks outlet of kidneys.
Bone screening means xrays. If required then only CT or MRI.
If monoclonal gammopathy without myeloma, then no treatment required. Only observation. if myeloma, then treatment required, which will keep it under control.

This is MGUS
Detailed Answer:
This is not myeloma, based on these reports. So no treatment will be required at present. There is nothing to worry.
