What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hello so i went to the doctor got my lab results back blood urine and stool check are fine ,
I dont understsnd now wat is my problem iam almost al. So my stomach hurts sometimes like i have a pain i eat and get full a lot and bloqted sometimes i get constipated or get disrria and iam mostly tired my doctor told me that ism low on vitamin d thats the only thing she told me to change my diet
But to me it dint answer how i feel and y i feel off i just want to know wats really wrong with me and if i can tske more test of other kind ?

The other possibility is Irritable Bowel Syndrome (this is a diagnosis of exclusion - meaning, all other probable causes should first be ruled out)
You can confirm this by undergoing some tests which you can discuss with your treating physician.
1. H pylori fecal antigen test, this test can be very useful in the initial stages of the H. Pylori infection.
2. Carbon 13 Urea breath test.
3. H pylori serology.
4. Endoscopic examination of the esophagus and stomach and duodenum.
Please discuss these investigations with your treating doctor and proceed further.
Tiredness is most likely due to vitamin D deficiency, continue taking vitamin D and see how you feel after a month or two.
Meanwhile you can take Tablet Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day, this should help you with pain after eating, feeling full, bloated feeling.

And the other thing is i hsve a zist on my right ovarie and my thyroid it dosent have a smooth surface ? I get sick a lot my doctor told me also i could have an abcess on my nose cuz it hard for me to breath from my nose so i usually breathe from my mouth

My advice to you is, please discuss with your gyneacologist and get a biopsy of the right ovary done. Histopathological examination of the biopsy will confirm if there is any cancer or not.
You need to keep a close watch on thyroid as well, discuss with the surgeon and get a ultrasound scan after 3 to 6 months and if required please get an thyroid biopsy as well.
Nasal polyp (Abscess), can be easily managed by an ENT surgeon, please consult the ENT surgeon regarding this and get a FESS procedure done to confirm the diagnosis and treat it in the same sitting.
Once all these are done, we can be sure about what is going on and I can suggest further.

Thankyou so much i will tell my doctor on saturday all these after she gives me my pap test results
And she made me make an appointment for an ultrasaund on my right ovarie
Last thing wen i look at my throath the roof of my mouth is yellowish and in the back of my throath too my tonsils look always red
And in the back of my thort i have like red bumps
I seriously want too know what is wrong with me becuse i feel off and after all these things that i see and experience different kinds of symptoms i know something is definitely wrong ?
