Brief Answer:
Small lung inflammation
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It means that there is very small lung inflammation and small amount of fluids in lungs. This is nothing serious and may be sign of some chronic bronchitis or small lung infection. At this point,if there are no symptoms, then I would not recommended any therapy. You should just do so called lung ventilation tests to see is there any ventilation decrease. Also, quit smoking if you smoke. Wish you good health. Regards
