Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) I would like to know -
1. what are your gynec issues or complaints?
2. Is this report from your PAP smear?

3 ) Normally vaginal flora consists of Doderlin bacilli. It helps to keep vaginal hygiene. It created acidic environment in the vagina and prevents growth of pathological bacteria.

4 ) I usually suggest to use - after prescription - Cap Vibact DS once a day for ten days and Lactacyd vaginal wash daily during bath time.
Keep private parts clean and dry.

5 ) If you have vaginal discharge or itching, taking vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity test is advisable.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
