Brief Answer:
Liver does not pain- there can be gastritis or colitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read your history and seen the reports and about taking Stanlip 145 for 3 years.

As per the reports, your liver function is absolutely normal including SGOT and SGPT as per the normal range of the laboratory.

You have slight pain around liver and this can be due to other causes too such as gastritis, colitis. Liver pain occurs only if there is too much of a swelling that its capsule can not handle, till then liver is a painless organ.

Your blood sugar is borderline high as well as the lipid profile and both look to be high due to your alcohol consumption.
Once you stop alcohol, these will come back to normal with diet control and exercises .

I hope this answers your query.
