What Does My Oesophageal Endoscopy Report Indicate?

Question: Hi Dr. Rini,
My esophageal endoscopy was normal ! Now I am wondering if the pain is related to my heart? Or maybe the burning and various pains in my chest that radiate to my back could be caused from marijuana toxicity? Is there such a thing? I use that to help my achy hips, also aspirin helps my hips. Thanks, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Could be cardiac !
Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear,
Good to hear that your endoscopy is normal.
As I've already explained, the only way to find out the cause is to exclude other causes.
Chest pain is usually associate either with --
Gastric problem
Cardiac problem
As gastric problem is excluded by endoscopy, we should now go for some base line tests of cardiology like--
-2D Echocardiography
-Tread mill test
Both these tests when done together are highly efficient to rule out cardiac disease.
Marjauana toxicity can cause chest pain but only when it is inhaled or smoked. So please mention how do you use marjuana.
If you want to ask anything, i would be happy to help you XXXXXXX
Thanks!
And good luck for the tests.
