What Does My Pathology Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Sir/Madam,
I am 39 years old. I have done pathological tests to check up diabetes and lipid profile. I have found the following result from the pathological report:
Glucose Fasting – 117 mg/dl
Glucose PP – 108 mg/dl
HbA1c – 6.10%
Cholesterol total – 180 mg/dl
HDL Cholesterol – 38 mg/dl
UDL Cholesterol – 99.20 mg/dl
Triglycerides – 214 mg/dl
Creatinine, serum – 0.98 mg/dl
Uric acid – 3.4 mg/dl

I am taking Februic 40 one tab daily as my Uric acid level checked in the last two quarters were 8 mg/dl and 7.5 mg/dl respectively. I have consulted with general physician and he has recommended the medicine.

Please advise whether I should take any medicine to lower triglycerides and stop Februic 40 as well. Please advise also whether I should take any medicine to control blood sugar level or controlling diet at present is sufficient.

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I Have read and gone through the attached reports throughly.
the blood sugars are of not much concerning. its just an alarming signal to have a change in your lifestyle like include high fibers and low fatty foods in your diet
regular exercises.
Avoid stressful lifestyle by doing meditations and yoga.

The increased tryglecerides and low HDL also is in borderline. Wait for 3-4 months by doing lifestyle modifications if still the values are raised you can plan for taking the anti cholesterol medications.
As your uric acid is low you can stop the FEBURIC 40, but consult your physician before doing this.

Is there any recommended Omega 3 medicine that I can take to control Triglycerides level, please let me know.

Please let me know also about your opinion on Feburic 40, whether I shuld stop this at this moment.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply
you can take TAB. C COD or TAB. OMEGA 3 once daily for 3 months

stopping Feburic should be with consult to your prescribed physician, cause many times the uric acid levels will rise back once you stop the medications.
