What Does My Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, is there anyone who can look at a pelvic ultrasound quickly for me. Can't get into see specialist for a few weeks and I just need to know what it was the ultrasound lady seen. She had a concerned look on her face but nothing was said and that I had to wait for the specialist. I don't really care what it is to be honest but the not knowing will send me insane and I won't sleep. I have had severely heavy periods and a few other probs, I am on rivaroxaban for DVT, an thought that might be the issue. For now I just need a rough answer so I can get my head around it if there is a prob. I have a disc with images so I can email if that's a possability.

Thanks for your quick response..
attached is the images from my pelvic u/s of my uterus today.Im wanting to know if there is anything abnormal or anything that stands out that i should be aware of. My Gynocologist appointment is upcoming in a few weeks and I'm egar for a rough answer now.
also note my period has just finished today if thats of any relevance.

Hi dear, I have reviewed the ultrasound pictures.
The uterus is a bit bulky and a small fibroid like structure is seen in the lower part of the uterus.
However, there is nothing much to worry about, as this can be treated by medications, and is not a serious situation.
