Brief Answer:
Normal finding

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

This finding of edema in subcutaneous layer (fat layer) is quite normal after a liposuction procedure and is due to inflammation as part of healing process following a liposuction procedure. This edema would resolve on its own in due course of time.

Regards
