Question: Hello Doctor,i am consulting you second time.
I took semen analysis test 25 days back .that time semen count came as 1.5 mill/ml with 20% motility.from that time as per some sugestion i took some precations in terms of diet,habbits,food ,etc.i took some basic vitamin tablets like revital.Today i took semen analysis test .today count came as 6.8 mill/ml with 60% Active Motile.".Can i consider these as Improvemnt or flaw in Report.I am wondering that more diff in sperm count with less span of time.Please suggest.

It is good to hear that the count has increased and motility is better. With just one semen analysis, nothing is conclusive.

Continue the diet,habits and the vitamin. May also take vitamin rich in lycopene, L-carnitine and antioxidants which is available in various trade names like Quantus 100, CoQ etc in XXXXXXX Consult your doctor for the prescription. Take the medication for 3 months.

Meanwhile you can try for natural conception in the fertile period. Repeat semen analysis after 3 months.

Don't worry. The count seems to be improving and I hope we will get better results next time.
