Brief Answer:
You have Asthenoterratozoospermia .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Asthenoterratozoospermia meaning there by that your your sperm count ,percentage of active motile sperms and morphology of the sperms are not within normal range of WHO standards hence there is no possibility of impregnating your wife .

Unfortunately the abnormalities detected are mostly due to chromosomal abnormality and unlikely to be cured by medication. However following measure will help you to improve motility and morphology to certain extent .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Consult qualified Infertility Specialist to explore possibility of conceiving your wife with the help of newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you for the information Dr. XXXXXXX This is quite distressing. Are you saying there is no realistic chance of conceiving naturally? Currently, I am taking L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Vitamin C, and CoQ10 to try and improve my motility. You mentioned that the issue may be chromosomal. Does that mean taking these supplements isn't really going to improve the situation?

Brief Answer:
There are no medications to increase motility of sperms .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Unfortunately the reality is that there are no medications invented so far that will increase the motility and morphology of sperms which is the basic factor to initiate normal and natural fertilization and conception .

There are so many products (Medicines) being prescribed but none of them is proved scientifically to be effective in resolving this issue .

Thanks and Regards.
