If no clinical symptoms then no medications needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query and reports. Prostate is enlarged which is mos likely benign and normal for your age. You can go for a PSA blood test to confirm this. It is normal to enlarge prostate while increasing age. Core non vegetarians it will be more also. If there is no clinical symptoms like frequent urination at night then there is no need of medications. Alpha blockers are given if there is frequent urination symptoms.
Fatty liver grade 1 is there also. If you consume alcohol avoid it. Take whole grain foods instead of refined foods. Junk foods, sweets , oily , greasy and excess fried foods should be avoided. Take more fiber rich foods like vegetable salads and whole fruits in your diet. Take more plain water. Taking vitamin C also is good. This will help to reverse it.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
