Brief Answer:
About low TSH level;
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
TSH can be lowered by pathologies of thyroid that cause a slight over production of thyroid hormone (subclinical hyperthyroidism) or there are other causes (outside the thyroid gland) such as depression, certain drugs (corticoteroids) that may lower it.
First the thyroid gland should be explored (ultrasound and TSH receptor antibodies checked) to rule out or confirm a thyroid pathology.
DO not worry, it is not an emergency.
Will be a pleasure to help you further after the above results.
Wish her good health.
