Hello dear
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly with attached reports .
* The report of the laboratory indicates some sort of infection giving rise to raise
in ESR and serum bilirubin levels , most probably viral .
* That is the reason for the abdominal pain .
* Grade I fatty liver may be associated with current infection or it may be pre
existing condition .
Kindly provide further details so that I can answer your query completely .
1. Pain is only left lower side of abdomen , no where else .
2. Pain - type , duration of each episode , aggravating , relieving factors ,
radiation anywhere .
3. Associated vomiting , fever , altered bowel or bladder habits .
4. Appetite normal , weight alterations if any .
Awaiting for your response .
Regards .

Mostly the pain is in the lower side of the abdomen but sometimes I can feel it tarvels to the upper side of abdomen. The pain intensity can be 2 out of 5.
It will come and go, and when comes it stay for duration may be 25-30 mins. The pain will be relived automatically without doing anything. But it's happening from last few months.
I don't have any fever or feel like vomiting but 2 years back I was diagnosed with mild varicocele in my left testicle but having medicines for 2 weeks that time I am not having any pain in that region afterwards.
My appetite and weight is all normal. But my physical activity is less. Please suggest me as what food shall I take. And also I am very worried as can this lead to a serious liver disease. Please help me out in this.
Thoroughly explained all the queries .
