Brief Answer:
Possible aberrant growth of a tumour?needs tissue examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.
I understand your query and concern.
Hypoechoic lesion in the right breast point towards low image brightness/intensely dark appearing lesion, usually a solid heterogeneous mass of tissue in the otherwise normal breast parenchyma.
This usually points to a malignancy, but not always as the latter can be hyperechoic or anechoic.
Hence to differentiate this,I advice you to have an ultrasound guided biopsy of the hypoechoic lesion.
Mammography may be useful as well.
I also recommended you to consult an expert Oncologist for further management.
Thank you.
