Brief Answer:
No need for urgent delivery

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed your wife's ultrasound report.
It is showing growth restriction of the fetus.
However, the amount of fluid around the fetus and the doppler study is completely normal.
In this situation, there is absolutely no need of urgent delivery of caesarean section.
Moreover, early delivery can harm the baby as it preterm currently (less than 37 weeks ) and can face complications of prematurity if delivered so early.
She should take adequate rest, take high protein diet , keep a track of daily fetal movement count and get doppler study weekly.
If doppler comes deranged or there is decreased fetal movements, then she can be considered for delivery, otherwise the pregnancy can be extended until 40 weeks of gestation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
No sign of placental insufficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Placental insufficiency is depicted by decreasing fluid around the fetus and deranged Doppler readings.
Since both are normal in her case, there is absolutely no placental insufficiency.
