Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question and Reports you have attached with it very diligently and I really appreciate your concern for your father
At the outset, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Does he smoke or consume liquor?
What is his weight?
Since how long he had been diabetic?
If possible uplaod his latest blood sugar and lipid profile reports
Hepatomegaly means enlargement of liver which might be related to obesity or bad cholesterol
since it's mild enlargement so you need not to worry, it can be reversed by dietary restrictions of fat diet and regular physical exercise once his condition improves.
Digestion issue might be related to drug induced gastritis or hyperacidity since he is taking number of medicines
In addition to pantop DSR I would advise him to take plenty of fluids fresh fruits, dietary fiber and vegetables.
Yoga meditation and relaxation exercises will definitely help him.
Hope I could answer your question, please write back to me with these details I have asked for, so that I will be able to guide you more precisely
best wishes
