Question: Hi, I delivered a baby in the month of April 2015. I have received my umbilical cord test, in which it shows cmv igG is reactive. What does this mean? Will this have any impact on my new born baby?

At present I am breastfeeding my 2 months old baby and can I continue it? Or will it have any impact on my baby? Should I get baby also tested for cmv igG?
