As an Urologist, if the urine culture is negative for bacterial growth, you're free of infection.The urine routine only gives us an idea about possibility of infection.
Hope you're maintaining the daily fluids intake.
Avoid moisture around the urinary opening as well.
Hygiene around there's also important.
So if you want to clear doubt of urinary infection, send the report of culture .
