thank you Sir for your response, the medicine, i am taking currently Faronac 200 mg three times a day is not sufficient. Actually, i am avoiding injections as in the recent time so many injections has been injected to me so i am bit afraid of them now :(.
Brief Answer:
As per sensitivity report Faronac 200 (Farofpenem) will not be effective .
Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for follow up .
As per recent culture report bacteria are resistant to Penem group of drugs hence Faronac 200 will not be effective to control the infection and has to be stopped with immediate effect..
Since the antibiotic like Gentamycin and Amikacin to whom bacteria are sensitive to being available only in injectable form you have no option but to take injections of Gentamycin .
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Minimal Inhibitional Concentration of Tobraycin is not mentioned in report.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
I have not suggested Tobramycin as MIC for Tobramycin has not been mentioned in your culture report .where as IMC of Gentamycin is lowest hence it is sure to be very effective .that is the reason for suggesting Gentamycin .However you may continue taking Tobramycin .
Thanks and Regards.
