biopsy will only help to know the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I can understand your concerns,
At the age of 70 years, having endometrium thickness 15 is not a good sign.
Do you have any symptoms like heavy bleeding even after attaining menopause?
Chances of cancer can be detected only by biopsy.
Sometimes there is only hyperplasia( thickened endometrium) which is benign condition.
Biopsy can confirmed exact diagnosis.
In all cases, hysterectomy is advised.need of follow up in case of cancer.
If feasible, kindly let me know your biopsy report so that i can help you out.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
