Brief Answer:
Findings related to heart are expected in your father's age.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your father findings suggests mild cardiomegaly(mildly enlarged heart size in transverse diameter) with prominent both hilum.
These findings are expected in your father's age.
Mild cardiomegaly may be due to history of hypertension. There is an increase in left ventricular size as heart has to pump blood against pressure.
Prominent hilum may be due to mildly enlarged pulmonary arteries. These are expected in hypertensive patient.

He should take anti-hypertensive medicines regularly.

Findings also suggests iron deficiency anemia.
I suggest to take iron supplementation and iron rich food.
He can take iron and zinc combination tablet once daily. He can take one glass of lemon water along with it.Vitamin C helps in better absorption of iron.
He can also take one tablet of folic acid daily.

He should also take iron rich food like jaggery, dates, green leafy vegetables etc.
He can also take one capsule of vitamin B complex daily.

Rest of the findings are normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
