Question: Hi Doctor,
I am a working professional from XXXXXXX I was on deputation in USA for 3 months in mid year of 2012. While i was there, i visited a stripclub. There i got a lap dance from a stripper. I was dressed. She was in a bikini. I sucked her boobs for few (10) seconds lifting her bra. She started licking  my face with her tongue. By keeping my face upwards, i kept my tongue open. Our both tongues touched for about 10 seconds. I realized my mistake and shut my mouth. I didn't swallow my saliva. I generated more saliva in my mouth and held my head upwards for about 5 mins, as she was rubbing her body on my lap. Once after i ejaculated, went to the wash room and spit my saliva. Gargled my mouth with water. Went to my place and brushed my teeth and washed with water.( Note: i had an open cavity in my left wisdom tooth)
After 2 months i had a swollen jaw, with extreme pain. I wasn't able to open my mouth wide. Dentist over there examined and decided to remove my wisdom tooth. Wisdom tooth was removed and i was back to normal in 2 weeks. Then came back to XXXXXXX Now that i am tying knot with my girlfriend in 2 months, i realized my mistake done in 2012. Got scared, gave a sample of blood at diagnostics center in XXXXXXX  for CBP,fasting plasma, lipid profile etc etc tests along with hiv 1&2 and hbsag using eclia (hiv 1&2 antibodies )test in XXXXXXX 2014 (23 months since exposure) Both hiv and hbsag came non reactive.. All other test results were normal except that i had mild cardiomagaly in my chest x-ray.
I was  worried that the testing center might not have  taken enough blood sample earlier to conduct all those various tests correctly.  Now in august,2014 i gave blood sample at the same diagnostics center for testing hiv and hbsag using eclia. Results were non reactive , numbers 0.04 and 0.15 respectively.
Do u want me to go for any other tests before my marriage.? My  mind is still not at peace.  I don't want to put my partners life at risk. I curse myself for what i did back in 2012. Please advice.

Brief Answer:
Do not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Young man.

First of all come out of the guilt you have developed if you want to be really a great lover and husband.

Open cavity in wisdom ( ? ) tooth > can not be a reason for the transfer of the viruses as this is in the tooth , not in the flesh. ( sorry for a ? mark - just to make the discussion on a lighter vain, please do not mind).

All tests normal, even after 2 years. Just forget about these viruses, plan for a bright future. I do not really think that you have to go for further tests, but you may go ahead if it is going to clear your mind. Come out of the guilt, your partner will not be at a risk, you had your lesson of it to remain a monogamous and stop cursing yourself. Thank the incidence for guiding you for what you should do and not do in future.

Wishing you a great married life. Start a new lease with a fresh mind.
