What Does Painful Lump Under The Skin Of Mons Pubis?

Question: Painful lump under skin of mons pubis, what? Why? I have had it in years past, lasts about a week ot 2, what is causing this?

According to your complaints it could be furuncle which is bacterial infection of the hair follicle or inflammed cyst.

Not comfortable uploading picture. It is about the size of lima bean or a capsule like pill, not round, under skin, not on the skin, very painful to touch. Looks red/purple on top of skin. Had about a week now.

Seems to be furuncle, oral & topical antibiotics,anti inflammatory medicine

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be furuncle.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
For pain and swelling take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
