Brief Answer:
Get a scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
See, some amount of pressure / sensation / bulge in the lower abdomen is common during pregnancy, particularly if this is your first pregnancy, because the uterus is growing rapidly.
HOwever, if you are feeling undue pressure, please visit your OB , and have an internal exam and an ultrasound scan.
This will rule out anything abnormal, and the risk of a miscarriage / preterm labour.
All the best
