Brief Answer:
Please upload a photo, and kindly provide some more details
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting your question to HCM.
I will need a photo, to have a looks at the spots in order to give a more exact idea on what they are.
From what I understand they are spreading, right?
Are they itchy?
Painful?
Do they produce yellow dot on top- pus?
Are you taking any medication for them?
What about if you have had any new medication the last month?
Please provide me the information needed if possible, and I will be happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
Suspicion of Folliculitis as most possible diagnose
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I carefully saw the answers and the pictures you provided.
From the description and the pictures, my thoughts are that the most possible diagnose is a skin infection that affects the hair follicle, called folliculitis.
If I was your caring doctor I would recommend:
-- decrease exposures, such as shaving, contaminated water, occupational chemicals
-- consider topical antibacterials such as mupirocin ointment or benzoyl peroxide washes
-- if symptoms have not resolved with supportive treatment, consider diagnostic procedures to identify cause of infection and treat identified pathogen or noninfectious cause of folliculitis-- consider systemic medication, such as antibiotics ( you may need a prescription for this)
Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have any other queries.
Take care,
Dr. Papaqako.
