Question: My MRI/MRA scans showed a small remote infarct involving the genu of the corpus on the right side. Remote microhemorhage in the right frontal lobe and subtle ill-defined FLAIR hyperintensity in the central pons. What does all this mean?

All of these findings are related to the aneurysm that are in your brain and have received treatment for. Aneurysm may present with either infarct that is narrowing of blood vessels leading to compromise of the blood supply or with hemoorhage that might occur due to their rupture. I think these are subclinical strokes that you have suffered because of aneurysms.
