Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

Ringing in the ears is a very common complaint and a variety of ear diseases can cause ringing.

Some of the common causes are ear infection, wax, age related hearing loss, exposure to loud sounds, menier's disease, otosclerosis, as a side effect of medicines.
