What Does Severe Abdominal Pain After Removal Of Cyst From The Ovary Indicate?

I had a cyst removed from right ovary on dec. 8. I went to FL at New Years for our family vacation. I came back and was feeling worse. Severe abdominal/pelvic pain. I've seen my OB/GYN, my primary care doctor, my gastroenterologist, and a surgeon. No one has any real answers other than that something is going on. This has been going on over a month and I'm very depressed. I had a CT middle of XXXXXXX That was normal have had a ton of blood work. White blood cell is slightly elevated and calcium is down. I'm currently on two antibiotics and I can't tell a difference. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy on feb 21 but not hopeful it will get many answers. I had one past July and everything was ok. I usually suffer from constipation, but have had diarrhea last two weeks. Also have low grade fever and chills. Stay nauseated and have to force myself to eat. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting very depressed and hate going out in public when I feel like I going out.
Please give details and post actual reports.

Thanks for the feedback.
Leukocyte in UA may indicate urinary infection- Culture sensitivity may help.
You can take calcium and Vitamin D to correct.
Diarrhea 2 weeks - on antibiotics - Cipro, Flagyl , Laviquen - low grade fever and chills, nauseated and bloating can indicate Pelvic inflammatory disease; per-vaginal examination and ultrasound helps for this diagnosis.
MRI of the lower spine may help to rule out any spinal problem causing pain as sometimes you have a burning pain as mentioned.
Please get the additional tests as mentioned above and possibly you will get the correct diagnosis and a plan of proper treatment.
