What Does Severe Abdominal Pain With Clamminess Indicate?
Question: All of a sudden I have developed severe dull pain in the top left hand side of my abdomen. I am clammy. I am not feeling sick or constipated. Heart rate is 73 and oxygen is 96. My blood pressure is 128/89.
The pain has also spread to between the bottom and testicles.

This pain may indicate two things: First, this may be a urinary stone that passed and may lead to such pain in abdomen and testicles. You please start drinking plenty of fluids, take spasmolytic and painkillers (Tylenol).
Second, this may indicate diverticulitis which is an inflammation of the colon wall. In every case, you should have easier diet and take fluids and raspberry tea.
If fever, progressive pain, blood in urine or inability to have bowel movements and urination occur, you should see a doctor at ER urgently since it may indicate some complications.
