Question: ECG showed 1) sinus bradycardia, 2) left axis deviation 3) left ventricular hypertrophy with QRS widening 4) T wave abnormality, consider inferior ishemia 5) abnormal ECG. what does it all mean?

1) Sinus bradycardia: It means your heart rate is slower than normal.
2) Left axis deviation: It means the electrical axis of your heart is turned to the left. This is because of the left ventricular hypertrophy.
3) Left ventricular hypertrophy with qrs widening : This means the muscles of the left chamber (ventricle) are enlarged. This can be possible secondary to hypertension.
4) T wave abnormality consider inferior ischemia: This means the inferior wall of the heart is not receiving enough blood and oxygen. This has caused some changes in repolarisation of the heart. This is reflected in the T wave changes in the inferior leads.
5) abnormal ecg: this obviously refers to all the above abnormal findings.
all these taken together imply that you have an ischemic heart disease. the inferior wall is deficient in blood and oxygen supply.
The next step for you would be a 2-D Echo and then a coronary angiography to look at the anatomy of the coronary arteries. A lipid profile, sugar check are also recommended.
