Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.
I have studied your reports
TB [Koch’s] spine will take time to recover
After 5 weeks from now, means total 12 weeks from start of treatment you should wait for results to come.
If no relief after 5 weeks or aggravation of symptoms any time then you should further investigate like.
I will advise you to do MRI thoracic spine, HRCT [CHEST]] and drug sensitivity.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can use supportive brace.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
Take high protein diet.
